Personal project

AI Lead Management & Follow-Up System

An AI-integrated lead-management process that reduces repetitive qualification and administrative work.

The problem

When businesses receive leads from different sources, manually qualifying, organizing, notifying salespeople, and following up can create delays and inconsistent processes.

An automated lead management workflow that receives lead information, normalizes the data, uses AI to evaluate the lead, categorizes leads (HOT, WARM, COLD), stores the information, alerts the appropriate people, supports follow-up, and logs workflow errors.

What this is

This is a personal project. It shows how a process can be automated and connected to real business systems. It is not presented as a measured client result, commissioned work, or verified outcome.

Who it is for

Sales teams and service businesses that receive leads from multiple sources and need consistent qualification, routing, and follow-up without manual handoff delays.

My role

Automation design and build

Scope

A build connecting AI and workflow automation to a real business process. The scope covers the system design, the connected tools, and the workflow that ties them together.

Approach and implementation

Lead data is normalized on intake so different sources share one format, then AI evaluates each lead against agreed criteria to support categorization. The workflow routes qualified leads, alerts the right people, and logs errors so the lead process stays reliable instead of failing silently.

What the system does

The functions the workflow handles, drawn from the project build.

  • Receives lead information
  • Normalizes the data
  • Uses AI to evaluate the lead
  • Categorizes leads (HOT, WARM, COLD)
  • Stores the information
  • Alerts the appropriate people
  • Supports follow-up
  • Logs workflow errors

What this shows

The project shows how AI can be integrated into a lead-management process to reduce repetitive qualification and administrative work.

This shows the system's functionality. It is not a measured client result, commissioned work, or verified outcome.
